Във връзка с предходно уведомление от ръководството на БИЛБОРД АД от 30.03.2020 г. относно удължаване на срока за представяне на годишния одитиран индивидуален финансов отчет на дружеството към 31.12.2019 г., с настоящото бихме желали да уведомим, че към настоящия момент одитната процедура все още не е приключила.

С настоящото бихме желали да уведомим, че предвид въведените сериозни противоепидемични рестриктивни мерки и забрани, във връзка с обявеното извънредно положение в Република България от 13.03.2020 г. към настоящия момент процесът по обмен на документи и информация във връзка с одита на годишния индивидуален финансов отчет на БИЛБОРД АД за 2019 г. е технически сериозно затруднен. Поради тези причини, за дружеството ще бъде обективно невъзможно оповестяването на годишния отчет за 2019 г. при спазване на първоначално предвидените срокове за в Закона за публично предлагане на ценни книжа.

Pursuant to the unaudited consolidated financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS/IFRS as of 30.06.2019 the company reported total net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 18 021 000 compared to BGN 17 464 000 for the same period of 2018 which represents an increase of the net sales revenues by 3.19 %. As of 30.06.2019 the consolidated production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 15 600 000 compared to the consolidated production net sales revenues registered by 30.06.2018 in the amount of BGN 14 576 000 which represents an increase by 7.025 %. As of 30.06.2019 the consolidated service net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 2 421 000 compared to the consolidated service net sales revenues registered by 30.06.2018 in the amount of BGN 2 888 000 which represents a decrease of the consolidated service net sales revenues by 16.17 %.
