Sale of the equity stakes from the capital of the subsidiary company Motion Arts Ltd.

Вased on a resolution of the Board of Directors of BILLBOARD AD, dated 15.05.2019 was accomplished a sale of 255 equity stakes from the capital of Motion Arts Ltd., representing 51 % of its capital at the price of BGN 157 000 in total.

With reference to a resolution of the Board of Directors of BILLBOARD AD as of Sept. 17th, 2018 for convocation of an extraordinary session of the General Meeting of the Shareholders on Oct. 25th, 2018, we would like to inform you herewith that the Invitation for convocation of an extraordinary session of the GMS, filed for announcement on Sept. 17th, 2018, was not announced by the Commercial Register to the Registry Agency in time, due to which the Board of Directors of BILLBOARD AD will undertake actions for convocation and announcement of a new extraordinary session of the General Meeting of the Shareholders under the legal terms and conditions.
