DIGITAL PRINT Ltd. acquires Real Estate Properties to the amount of EUR 4 880 000

With reference to the investment purposes for construction of a new offset and wide format digital printing base in the business centre Bee Garden, Varna, as previously announced, DIGITAL PRINT Ltd. – 100% subsidiary of BILLBOARD Plc., concluded a final contract on Aug. 12th, 2008 for acquisition of properties with 5 466 sq. m. overall area to the amount of EUR 4 880 000.

General Framework of the Investments in Main Activities by the end of 2008

At its session, held on July 31st 2008, the Board of Directors of BILLBOARD Plc adopted a General Framework of the Investments in Main Activities by the end of 2008, namely wide format digital printing - Sofia, wide format digital printing in the city of Varna through the subsidiary company DIGITAL PRINT Ltd. and offset printing in the city of Varna through the subsidiary company DEDRAX Ltd.

HEATSET Ltd. was granted a construction permit for the main project

On July 30th 2008 HEATSET Ltd. was granted a construction permit on the part of Kostinbrod municipality for construction of the main project – printing house for sheet fed and web fed printing and also for construction of the infrastructural objects (roads, sewerage systems, water-mains and electricity supply installation).

Investment Bank Credit

The Board of Directors of BILLBOARD Plc adopted a Resolution, based on which was concluded a contract with PIREOS BANK BULGARIA AD for an investment bank credit to the amount of EUR 1 000 000, to be granted to the company for purchasing 5 wide format printing machines and finishing works.

On July 1st 2008 the Bulgarian Investments Agency to the Ministry of Economy and Energy issued a class A Investment Certificate to the 100 % subsidiary company of BILLBOARD Plc – HEATSET Ltd

On June 13th 2008, in the company was received a notification from the shareholder Vassil Genchev on the grounds of Art. 223a, para 4 of the Commercial Act, in his capacity of a shareholder, holding for more than three months over 5 per cent from the capital of BILLBOARD Plc. The shareholder presented the additionally included items on the agenda of the regular General Assembly of the Shareholders of BILLBOARD Plc.
