With the present BILLBOARD Plc would like to inform all shareholders, potential investors and stakeholders about completion of the next stage in the implementation of the project „New Sheet Fed and Web Fed Printing House in Kostinbrod” on the part of HEATSET Ltd. – 100 % subsidiary company of BILLBOARD Plc:

On July 30th 2008 HEATSET Ltd. was granted a construction permit on the part of Kostinbrod municipality for construction of the main project – printing house for sheet fed and web fed printing and also for construction of the infrastructural objects (roads, sewerage systems, water-mains and electricity supply installation). The entire land intended for implementation of the project – a little over 48 decares, has passed through a respective procedure for changing from agricultural to industrial use and was incorporated into one regulated landed property, on the basis of a Kostinbrod municipality Resolution, approved by the Ministry of Agriculture.
