With reference to the investment purposes for construction of a new offset and wide format digital printing base in the business centre Bee Garden, Varna, as previously announced, DIGITAL PRINT Ltd. – 100% subsidiary of BILLBOARD Plc., concluded a final contract on Aug. 12th, 2008 for acquisition of properties with 5 466 sq. m. overall area to the amount of EUR 4 880 000. The contract for purchasing the properties was concluded on the basis of an investment credit to the amount of EUR 3 360 000 granted by SOCIETE GENERALE EXPRES BANK – branch Varna with 10 years repayment term. The rest of the amount – EUR 1 520 000 was paid with a part of the loan, granted by BILLBOARD Plc on Aug. 1st, 2008.

The company DIGITAL PRINT Ltd. has concluded a working capital credit contract to the amount of EUR 1 212 000, granted by SOCIETE GENERALE EXPRES BANK – branch Varna with 9 months repayment term. The credit is necessary to provide funds for the production.

The agreed security for both credit contracts is a pledge over the properties – subject to the purchasing contract.
