BILLBOARD AD entered into an Investment Loan Agreement with the Bulgarian Development Bank AD (BDB) with UIC: 121856059 in the amount of EUR 3 250  000 (three million two hundred and fifty thousand euros), to be used for a partial refinancing of the credit exposure of BILLBOARD AD in EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development), according to the Loan Agreement dated 20.12.2012

On 7 July 2014 Borislav Hristov Borisov was filed as a new independent member of the Board of Directors of Billboard AD and the company’s Articles of Association were announced in the Commercial Register to the Registry Agency under the company’s case.
