BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its individual interim financial statements for the third quarter of 2015.

Pursuant to the unaudited individual financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 30.09.2015 the company reported total individual net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 7 378 thousands compared to BGN 6 461 thousand for the same period of 2014 which represents an increase of the net sales revenues by 14 %. As at 30.09.2015 the individual production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 5 400 thousand compared to the individual production net sales revenues reported by 30.09.2014 in the amount of BGN 5 084 thousand. This represents a growth of the company’s production net sales revenues on an individual basis by 6.22 %.

As at 30.09.2015 BILLBOARD AD reported on an individual basis profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 84 thousand compared to the profit before taxes for the same period of 2014 which is in the amount of BGN 81 thousand. This represents an increase of the profit before taxes of the company on an individual basis by 4 %.

The individual net profit of BILLBOARD AD as at 30.09.2015 is in the amount of BGN 103 thousand compared to the individual net profit of the Company as at 30.09.2014 in the amount of BGN 81 thousand. The net profit of BILBOARD AD as at 30.09.2015 on an individual basis increased by 27 %.

As at 30.09.2015 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes of the BILBOARD AD on an individual basis were to the amount of BGN 1 566 thousand compared to EBITDA as at 30.09.2014 to the amount of BGN 1 763 thousand which represents a decrease by 11.17 %.

As at 30.09.2015 the earnings before taxes, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILBOARD AD on an individual basis were in the amount of BGN 670 thousand compared to EBIT in the amount of BGN 790 thousand as at 30.09.2014 which represents a decrease by 15.17 %.
