BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its individual interim financial statements for the fourth quarter of 2015.

Pursuant to the unaudited individual financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 31.12.2015 the company reported total individual net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 8 353 thousand compared to BGN 7 712 thousand for the same period of 2014 which represents an increase of the net sales revenues by 8.31 %. As at 31.12.2015 the individual production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 7 683 thousand compared to the individual production net sales revenues reported by 31.12.2014 in the amount of BGN 6 703 thousand. This represents an increase of the company’s production net sales revenues on an individual basis by 14.62 %.

As at 31.12.2015 BILLBOARD AD reported on an individual basis profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 90 thousand compared to the loss before taxes for the same period of 2014 which is in the amount of BGN 2 175 thousand.

The individual net profit of BILLBOARD AD as at 31.12.2015 is in the amount of BGN 80 thousand compared to the individual net loss of the Company as at 31.12.2014 in the amount of BGN 2 133 thousand.

As at 31.12.2015 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes of the BILBOARD AD on an individual basis were to the amount of BGN 2 165 thousand compared to EBITDA as at 31.12.2014 to the amount of BGN -18 thousand.

As at 31.12.2015 the earnings before taxes, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILBOARD AD on an individual basis were in the amount of BGN 948 thousand compared to EBIT in the amount of BGN – 1302 thousand as at 31.12.2014.
