The standard ISO 9001:2008 is based on eight fundamental principles, which guarantees the successful management and functioning of the company: purposefulness toward the customers; leadership; incorporating the employees in the organization; process approach; systematic management approach; continuous improvement; facts based decision making process; mutually beneficial relations with the suppliers.

The conducted audit proved again the ability of BILLBOARD Plc to constantly provide products and services which meet the requirements of the customers and the applicable legal provisions, as well as its aspiration to continuously increase the customers’ contentment.
