With the present the Board of Directors of BILLBOARD Plc would like to inform the company’s shareholders, all investors and stakeholders that irrespective of the complicated financial-economic and market situation as a consequence of the World crisis, the management of BILLBOARD Plc intends to continue the implementation of the Project „New Sheet Fed and Web Fed Printing House in Kostinbrod” through its 100 % owned subsidiary HEETSET Ltd., Sofia which in 2008 received a class A Investment Certificate issued by the Bulgarian Investments Agency to the Ministry of Economy and Energy for the implementation of this project.
BILLBOARD Plc will continue searching for strategic and/or financial investors for implementation of the project, as a result of which it is expected to be built up the biggest modern Sheet Fed and Web Fed Printing House on the Balkans.
With this reference, at its session held on May 15th 2009, the Board of Directors of BILLBOARD Plc adopted forecast financial parameters on consolidated basis regarding the implementation of the project for the period 2010 – 2015 in thousand Euro, as follows:

With a view to speed up and facilitate the finding of serious strategic and/or financial investors for the implementation of the project „New Sheet Fed and Web Fed Printing House in Kostinbrod” BILLBOARD Plc cooperates and will use the services of the consulting team of Bulgarian Investment Advisors Ltd., Sofia.
BILLBOARD Plc will inform its shareholders and the whole investment community about each following stage of the project implementation.
