At a meeting, held on March 6th, 2008, the Board of Directors of BILLBOARD Plc adopted a decision for joining the company to the National Corporate Governance Code, officially presented in October, 2007.

All members of the Board of Directors explicitly declare that in their whole activity henceforth, as a responsible corporate Board, will apply and comply with the corporate governance principles and the recommendations of the Code and will do their best for these principles to be the basis of the whole activity of BILLBOARD Plc and the companies, included in the economic group. Information about the particular application of the principles, established by the National Corporate Governance Code in the activities of BILLBOARD Plc as well as information about the reasons for non-compliance with provisions which are not applicable to the company will be presented in the Annual Financial Reports and will be published on the company’s corporate website.
