With a Resolution No 800, dated Dec. 12th 2008 for authorization of the Minister of Economy and Energy to sign contracts with Kostinbrob municipality and HEETSET EOOD for construction of elements of municipal road, water supply and sewerage infrastructure for the industrial area in the town of Kostinbrod and for the investment project implementation of HEETSET EOOD, the Council of Ministers approved the draft contracts between the Republic of Bulgaria and Kostinbrob municipality, as well as between the Republic of Bulgaria and HEETSET EOOD – 100 % owned by BILLBOARD Plc, for implementation of the investment project „New Sheet Fed and Web Fed Printing House in Kostinbrod”.

With a Decree No 314, dated Dec. 12th 2008 for granting funds from the central budget for 2008 for financing the construction of elements of municipal road, water supply and sewerage infrastructure for the industrial area in the town of Kostinbrod, the Council of Ministers decided that the Minister of Finance shall provide funds to the amount of BGN 5 129 000 from the central budget for 2008 through the budget of the Ministry of Economy and Energy to the Bulgarian Investments Agency for implementation of the contracts signed on the part of the Republic of Bulgaria with Kostinbrod municipality and HEETSET EOOD for construction of elements of municipal road, water supply and sewerage infrastructure for the industrial area in the town of Kostinbrod.

For implementation of the project „New Sheet Fed and Web Fed Printing House in Kostinbrod”, HEETSET EOOD was given a Class A investment Certificate in July this year. The infrastructure – 1.3 kilometers road, around 4 kilometers water-main and a sewerage system of 3.4 kilometers, which will be built up with state funds shall be used by other enterprises in the industrial area of the town of Kostinbrod which is in a process of establishment.
