After a competition for overall advertising design was held, under the conditions of Art. 17, para. 3 of the Ordinance on the Procedure and Incorporation of Trade Companies and Exercising the Municipal Ownership Rights in the Trade Companies, BILLBOARD Plc was appointed to be an exclusive advertising operator of areas for provision of advertisements over transport vehicles of Stolichen Elektrotransport EAD. With this reference on Dec. 5th 2008 between Stolichen Elektrotransport EAD and BILLBOARD Plc was signed a rental contract, giving BILLBOARD Plc the right to use areas intended for advertisements being the external part of up to 246 transport vehicles in total, out of which – up to 168 rail motor cars and up to 78 trolley busses of Stolichen Elektrotransport EAD for the period until the end of 2010.

By signing the contract, except for letting the advertising areas on hire, BILLBOARD Plc took the engagement to also manufacture, assemble and disassemble all advertising images over the specified transport vehicles. BILLBOARD Plc intends to perform the advertising activities under the signed contract through its subsidiary MOTION ARTS Ltd.
