Since July 2003 the company has a Certificate, issued by SGS United Kingdom, which certifies that the quality control system of BILLBOARD Plc is evaluated and its compliance with the requirements of the quality management standards ISO 9001:2000 is proven. On Dec.15th, 2006 the Certificate of the company was renewed with validity until Dec.14th, 2009.

The Board of Directors of BILLBOARD Plc would like to inform the shareholders, all investors and stakeholders that the company successfully passed the periodical quality audit under ISO 9001:2000.

By the present moment ISO 9001 is the most widespread corporate standard worldwide, applied in more than 160 countries, concerning not only the quality management system but also the organization management as a whole.
