With the present we would like to inform all shareholders of BILLBOARD Plc, all investors and stakeholders that, on July 1st 2008 the Bulgarian Investments Agency to the Ministry of Economy and Energy issued a class A Investment Certificate to the 100 % subsidiary company of BILLBOARD Plc – HEATSET Ltd., Sofia for the project „New Sheet Fed and Web Fed Printing House in Kostinbrod”. The Certificate was issued on the grounds of an application, respectively submitted by HEATSET Ltd., Sofia, on the basis of Art. 19 and Art. 20, para. 1, p. 1 of the Investment Promotion Act /IPA/ and shall be valid until July 1st 2011. Upon submission of the Certificate, the investor may take advantage of the provided measures for investments promotion under Art. 21 – 22а of the Investment Promotion Act /IPA/.
