Pursuant to the unaudited consolidated financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS/IFRS as of 31.12.2021 the company reported total net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 30 925 000 compared to BGN 28 541 000 for 2020 which represents an increase of the net sales revenues by 8.35%. As of 31.12.2021 the consolidated production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 30 430 000 compared to the consolidated production net sales revenues registered by 31.12.2020 in the amount of BGN 28 461 000 which represents an increase of the company’s consolidated production net sales revenues by 6.92 %.

As of 31.12.2021 BILLBOARD AD reported consolidated profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 635 000 compared to the consolidated profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 719 000 for 2020 which represents a decrease of the profit before taxes by 11.69 %. The consolidated net profit of BILLBOARD AD as of 31.12.2021, related to the owners of the parent company is in the amount of BGN 322 000 compared to BGN 108 000 for the same period of the previous year which is a 226.8 % increase.
