The Board of Directors of BILLBOARD Plc adopted a Resolution, based on which was concluded a contract with PIREOS BANK BULGARIA AD for an investment bank credit to the amount of EUR 1 000 000, to be granted to the company for purchasing 5 wide format printing machines and finishing works. BILLBOARD Plc will use the credit with reference to and upon implementation of the company’s ordinary business activities in accordance with its subject of activity. No related or interested parties within the meaning of the Public Offering of Securities Act take part in the deal.

The credit shall be granted for a 5-year period as of the date of signing the contract.

As a security for the receivables of the bank was arranged a special pledge over the machines which shall be purchased with the credit resources.
