The Board of Directors of BILLBOARD Plc, with a vie to its willingness to disclose maximum information for current and future investors of the company, presents a financial report for the fourth quarter of 2007, irrespective of the fact that the obligation for the company to disclose this information has not yet arisen. It is to be noted that BILLBOARD Plc was entered in the FSC’s Register as a public company on Jan. 30th 2007, by reason of which the company had not been obliged to present a non-consolidated financial report for the fourth quarter of 2007.

The generated in 2007 incomes from the company’s activities amount to BGN 16 048 000 compared to BGN 9 168 000 in 2006, which represents a 75 % growth.

The net non-consolidated profit for 2007 is BGN 4 677 000 compared to BGN 1 504 000 in 2006, which represents a 211 % growth.
