BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its consolidated interim financial statements for the first quarter of 2016.

Pursuant to the unaudited consolidated financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS/IFRS forms as at 31.03.2016 the company reported total net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 7 959 000 compared to BGN 7 399 000 registered by 31.03.2015 which represents an increase of the net sales revenues by 7.57 %. As at 31.03.2016 the consolidated production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 6 894 000 compared to the consolidated production net sales revenues registered by 31.03.2015 in the amount of BGN 6 209 000 which represents a growth by 11.03 %.

As at 31.03.2016 the consolidated service net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 1 065 000 thousands compared to the consolidated service net sales revenues registered by 31.03.2015 in the amount of BGN 1 190 000 which represents a decrease by 10.5 %.

As at 31.03.2016 BILLBOARD AD reported consolidated profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 148 000 compared to the profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 18 000 for the same period pf 2015 which represents a growth of the consolidated profit before taxes more than seven times.

As at 31.03.2016 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 1 057 000 compared to the EBITDA on a consolidated basis reported by 31.03.2015 in the amount of BGN 924 000.

As at 31.03.2016 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 462 000 compared to the EBIT on a consolidated basis reported by 31.03.2015 in the amount of BGN 386 000.

As at 31.03.2016 the consolidated net financial result of BILBOARD AD is a profit to the amount of BGN 161 000, which includes profit attributable to the parent company in the amount of BGN 73 000 and the profit of the not controlled holdings in the amount of BGN 88 000.
