BILLBOARD Plc signed a 2-year credit line contract with Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD to the amount of EUR 500 000, which is granted to the company for working funds. The working capital credit line is granted to BILLBOARD Plc by reason of the increased production volumes and the resulting liabilities of the company towards its suppliers. The credit amount shall be used exclusively for payment of the matured assessment basis under invoices issued by suppliers of prime and raw materials to BILLBOARD Plc. The credit line was activated on Oct. 1st, 2010.

The credit shall be used by BILLBOARD Plc with reference to and upon performing the usual business of the company in accordance with its scope of activity. No related or interested parties within the meaning of the Law on Public Offering of Securities take part in the transaction.

The management of BILLBOARD Plc would like to inform that the working capital credit contract of the subsidiary company TIPO PRINT Ltd. with Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD to the amount of EUR 150 000 was extended for a new 2-year period and the working capital credit contract of the subsidiary company DEDRAX Ltd. with Eurobank EFG Bulgaria AD to the amount of EUR 500 000 was extended for a new 1-year period
