BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its consolidated interim financial report for the fourth quarter of 2009.

By Dec. 31st, 2009 BILLBOARD Plc has generated net sales revenues on consolidated basis to the amount of BGN 29 556 000 which represents a sales decrease of 4.2 % compared to the same period of 2008.

The profit after taxes generated by the company during the fourth quarter on consolidated basis is to the amount of BGN 385 000.

Main factors for the reported results from the activities of the economic group of  BILLBOARD Plc for the fourth quarter of 2009 on consolidated basis are the active marketing policy upon a conservative investment program, which, irrespective of the negative influence of the economic and financial crisis, resulted in more difficult collection of the receivables, price decrease of the final products and offered services, delay in the implementation of new projects for the group, allowed preservation and even achievement of certain growth in the consolidated revenues in comparison with the previous period.
