BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its individual interim financial report for the second quarter of 2009.

From the beginning of the year until the end of the third quarter of 2009 BILLBOARD Plc has generated net sales revenues to the amount of BGN 9 529 000, which represents 2% increase of the sales revenues compared to the same quarter of 2008. The financial incomes to the amount of BGN 223 000 have increased over five times for the reported quarter compared to the same period of 2008. The total incomes from the activity are to the amount of BGN 9 752 000 which represents a 4.05 % increase compared to the total incomes generated during the same period of 2008.

The generated net profit by the end of the third quarter of 2009 is to the amount of BGN 451 000 which represents 35.82 % from the net profit for the same period of 2008.

With a view to the achieved results and the market conditions, the management of the company systematically updates its prognoses and related expectations as by present it considers that the achievement of sales revenues for 2009 to a level which is not lower than the one for the previous 2008 is realistic and even a 3 % growth on annual basis is to be expected. This prognosis is supported by the active work of the company during the last months as well as by the expectations regarding the orders during the fourth quarter. The role of the company’s marketing strategy, its acknowledged brand and corporate reputation is of considerable importance. The current strategy of the company has been preformed in the conditions of a price dominated market, under restrictive price levels in comparison with the requirements of the end customers. This circumstance together with the current requirements for extended payments has a considerable influence over the implicit amount of the sales revenues and even greater influence over the net margins and the company’s profit, respectively. Based on these circumstances, the not quite sizable increase of the sales revenues compared to the same period of the previous year, proves the company’s more considerable market presence.
