The Board of Directors of BILLBOARD Plc would like to inform the shareholders, all investors and stakeholders that the company successfully passed the re-certification quality audit under ISO 9001. After the conducted audit SGS United Kingdom issued BILLBOARD Plc a new 3-year Certificate which certifies that the quality control system of the company is in compliance with the requirements of the new quality management standards ISO 9001:2008. This standard is based on eight fundamental principles, which guarantees the successful management and functioning of the company: purposefulness toward the customers; leadership; incorporating the employees in the organization; process approach; systematic management approach; continuous improvement; facts based decision making process; mutually beneficial relations with the suppliers.
 
The conducted audit and the certification of BILLBOARD Plc under ISO 9001:2008 proved again the company’s ability to constantly provide products and services which meet the requirements of the customers and the applicable legal provisions, as well as its aspiration to continuously increase the customers’ contentment.
