Today, June 12th 2008, on an official ceremony, was inaugurated MALL OF VARNA. With this reference, BILLBOARD Plc would like to inform the company’s shareholders, all investors and stakeholders that the subsidiary company – MOTION ARTS Ltd. was chosen to be the only advertising operator regarding all inside and outside advertising installations of MALL OF VARNA. On the basis of the signed exclusive, 5-year advertising contract, MOTION ARTS Ltd. shall construct and maintain all billboards, city lights, as well as any additionally assigned, non-standard advertising forms.
