Pursuant to the unaudited consolidated financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 31.12.2014 the company reported total net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 29 981 thousands compared to BGN 29 243 thousands registered by 31.12.2013, which represents an increase of the net sales revenues by 2.52 %. As at 31.12.2014 the consolidated production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 25 212 thousands compared to the consolidated production net sales revenues registered by 31.12.2013 in the amount of BGN 25 477 thousands, which represents a decrease by 1.04 %.

As at 31.12.2014 BILLBOARD AD reported consolidated profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 494 thousands which is a decrease by 5.54 % compared to the profit before taxes registered by 31.12.2013 in the amount of BGN 523 thousands.

As at 31.12.2014 the consolidated profit after taxes of BILLBOARD AD was in the amount of 356 BGN thousand and reported a decrease by 21.58 % compared to the consolidated profit after taxes for the same period of 2013 to the amount of BGN 454 thousand.

As at 31.12.2014 the net profit attributable to the parent company was in the amount of BGN 43 thousands and the profit of the not controlled holdings was in the amount of BGN 313 thousands.

As at 31.12.2014 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 4 427 thousands compared to the EBITDA on a consolidated basis reported by 31.12.2013 in the amount of BGN 4 231 thousands. This represents an EBITDA increase by 4.63 %.

As at 31.12.2014 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 2 208 thousands compared to the EBIT on a consolidated basis reported by 31.12.2013 in the amount of BGN 2 105 thousands which is an increase by 4.89 %.
