Pursuant to the unaudited individual financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 31.12.2014 the company reported total individual net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 7 712 thousands compared to BGN 8 099 thousands for the same period of 2013 which represents a decrease of the net sales revenues by 4.78 %. As at 31.12.2014 the individual production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 6 703 thousands compared to the individual production net sales revenues reported by 31.12.2013 in the amount of BGN 7 088 thousands. This represents a decrease of the company’s production net sales revenues by 5.43 %.

As at 31.12.2014 BILLBOARD AD reported individual profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 181 thousands which is an increase by 9.70 % compared to the profit before taxes for the same period of 2013 which is in the amount of BGN 165 thousands.

The individual net profit of BILLBOARD AD as at 31.12.2014 is in the amount of BGN 158 thousand and increased by 10.48 % compared to the individual net profit of the Company as at 31.12.2013 in the amount of BGN 143 thousands.

As at 31.12.2014 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on an individual basis are in the amount of BGN 2 336 thousands compared to the EBITDA reported for the same period of 2013 in the amount of BGN 2 171 thousands. This represents an EBITDA growth by 7.60 %.

The earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD as at 31.12.2014 are in the amount of BGN 1 052 thousands compared to the EBIT reported by 31.12.2013 in the amount of BGN 859 thousands which is an increase by 22.47 %.

As at 31.12.2014 the total amount of the assets of BILLBOARD AD on an individual basis is BGN 40 226 thousands and the value of the shareholders equity is BGN 23 949 thousands.
