Pursuant to the unaudited consolidated financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 30.09.2014 the company reported total net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 21 784 thousands compared to BGN 20 730 thousands registered by 30.09.2013, which represents an increase of the net sales revenues by 5.08 %. As at 30.09.2014 the consolidated production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 18 299 thousands compared to the consolidated production net sales revenues registered by 30.09.2013 in the amount of BGN 18 039 thousands, which represents an increase by 1.44 %.

As at 30.09.2014 BILLBOARD AD reported consolidated profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 702 thousands which is 8.50 % growth compared to the profit before taxes registered by 30.09.2013 in the amount of BGN 647 thousands.

As at 30.09.2014 the consolidated profit after taxes of BILLBOARD AD was in the amount of BGN 684 thousand and reported an increase by 2.39 % compared to the consolidated profit after taxes for the same period of 2013 to the amount of BGN 668 thousand.

As at 30.09.2014 the net profit attributable to the parent company was in the amount of BGN 294 thousands and the profit of the not controlled holdings was in the amount of BGN 390 thousands.

As at 30.09.2014 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 3 750 thousands compared to the EBITDA on a consolidated basis reported by 30.09.2013 in the amount of BGN 3 504 thousands. This represents an EBITDA growth by 7.02 %.

As at 30.09.2014 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 2 077 thousands compared to the EBIT on a consolidated basis reported by 30.09.2013 in the amount of BGN 1 851 thousands which is an increase by 12.21 %.
