BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its consolidated interim financial report for the first quarter of 2014.

Pursuant to the unaudited consolidated financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 31.03.2014 the company reported total net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 6 647 thousands compared to BGN 6 685 thousands registered by 31.03.2013, which represents a decrease of the net sales revenues by 0.57 %. As at 31.03.2014 the consolidated production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 5 454 thousands and reported a decrease by 4.18 % compared to the same period of 2013.

As at 31.03.2014 BILLBOARD AD reported consolidated profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 255 thousands which is a 37.84 % increase compared to the profit before taxes registered by 31.03.2013 in the amount of BGN 185 thousands.

As at 31.03.2014 the consolidated profit after taxes of BILLBOARD AD was in the amount of BGN 249 thousand and reported a 20.87 % increase compared to the consolidated profit after taxes for the same period of 2013.

As at 31.03.2014 the net profit attributable to the parent company was in the amount of BGN 144 thousands and the profit of the not controlled holdings was in the amount of BGN 105 thousands.

As at 31.03.2014 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 1 169 thousands compared to the EBITDA on a consolidated basis reported by 31.03.2013 in the amount of BGN 1133 thousands. This represents an EBITDA a growth by 3.18 %.

As at 31.03.2014 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 605 thousands compared to the EBIT on a consolidated basis reported by 31.03.2013 in the amount of BGN 595 thousands which is a 1.68 % decrease.
