BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its individual interim financial report for the first quarter of 2014.

Pursuant to the unaudited individual financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 31.03.2014 the company reported total individual net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 1 895 thousands compared to BGN 1 928 thousands for the same period of 2013 which represents a decrease of the net sales revenues by 1.71 %. As at 31.03.2014 the individual production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 1 645 thousands compared to the individual production net sales revenues reported by 31.03.2013 in the amount of BGN 1 636 thousands. This represents a decrease of the company’s production net sales revenues by 0.55 %.

As at 31.03.2014 BILLBOARD AD reported individual profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 44 thousands which is a 15.79 % increase compared to the profit before taxes for the same period of 2013 which is in the amount of BGN 38 thousands.

The individual net profit of BILLBOARD AD as at 31.03.2014 is in the amount of BGN 44 thousand and increased by 2.32 % compared to the individual net profit of the Company as at 31.03.2013 in the amount of BGN 43 thousands.

As at 31.03.2014 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on an individual basis are in the amount of BGN 542 thousands compared to the EBITDA reported for the same period of 2013 in the amount of BGN 534 thousands. This represents an EBITDA increase by 1.50 %.

The earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD as at 31.03.2014 are in the amount of BGN 211 thousands compared to the EBIT reported by 31.03.2013 in the amount of BGN 215. thousands which is a 1.86 % decrease.

As at 31.03.2014 the total amount of the assets of BILLBOARD AD on an individual basis is BGN 40 245 thousands and the value of the shareholders equity is BGN 23 835 thousands.
