BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its 2013 Annual Consolidated Financial Statements.

Pursuant to the audited annual consolidated financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 31.12.2013 the consolidated profit before taxes of BILLBOARD AD was in the amount of BGN 523 000 and registered a 42.59 % decrease compared to the consolidated profit before taxes reported as at 31.12.2012 in the amount of BGN 911 000.

The consolidated profit of BILLBOARD AD after taxes as at 31.12.2013 was in the amount of BGN 454 000 out of which BGN 302 000 belong to the Group and respectively the company’s net consolidated profit for 2013 was in the amount of BGN 152 000. The consolidated net profit of BILLBOARD Plc reported a 72.11 % decrease compared to the company’s consolidated net profit for 2012.

As at 31.12.2013 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 4 231 000 compared to the EBITDA on a consolidated basis reported by 31.12.2012 in the amount of BGN 4 742 000. This represents an EBITDA decrease by 10.78 %.

As at 31.12.2013 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 2 616 000 compared to the EBIT reported by 31.12.2012 in the amount of BGN 2 542 000.
