BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its consolidated interim financial report for the fourth quarter of 2013.

Pursuant to the unaudited consolidated financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 31.12.2013 the company reported total net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 29 243 thousands compared to BGN 27 591 thousands registered by 31.12.2012, which represents a growth of the net sales revenues by 5.98 %. As at 31.12.2013 the consolidated production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 25 477 thousands and reported a growth by 4.95 % compared to the same period of 2012.

As at 31.12.2013 BILLBOARD AD reported consolidated profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 473 thousands which is a 48.08 % decrease compared to the profit before taxes registered by 31.12.2012 in the amount of BGN 911 thousands.

As at 31.12.2013 the consolidated profit after taxes of BILLBOARD AD was in the amount of BGN 418 thousand and reported a 49.64 % decrease compared to the consolidated profit after taxes for the same period of 2012.

As at 31.12.2013 the net profit attributable to the parent company was in the amount of BGN 135 thousands and the profit of the not controlled holdings was in the amount of BGN 283 thousands.

As at 31.12.2013 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 4 181 thousands compared to the EBITDA on a consolidated basis reported by 31.12.2012 in the amount of BGN 4742 thousands. This represents an EBITDA decrease by 11.83 %.

As at 31.12.2013 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 2055 thousands compared to the EBIT on a consolidated basis reported by 31.12.2012 in the amount of BGN 2542 thousands which is a 19.16 % decrease.
