BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its individual interim financial report for the fourth quarter of 2013.

Pursuant to the unaudited individual financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 31.12.2013 the company reported total individual net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 8 099 thousands compared to BGN 7 936 thousands for the same period of 2012 which represents a growth of the net sales revenues by 2.05 %. As at 31.12.2013 the individual production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 7088 thousands compared to the individual production net sales revenues reported by 31.12.2012 in the amount of BGN 6832 thousands.This represents an increase of the company’s production net sales revenues by 3.75 %.

As at 31.12.2013 BILLBOARD AD reported individual profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 149 thousands which is a 496 % increase compared to the profit before taxes for the same period of 2012 which is in the amount of BGN 25 thousands.

The individual net profit of BILLBOARD AD as at 31.12.2013 is in the amount of BGN 149 thousand and decreased by 496 % compared to the individual net profit of the Company as at 31.12.2012 in the amount of BGN 25 thousands.

As at 31.12.2013 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on an individual basis are in the amount of BGN 2 171 thousands compared to the EBITDA reported for the same period of 2012 in the amount of BGN 1 934 thousands. This represents an EBITDA decrease by 12.25 %.

The earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD as at 31.12.2013 are in the amount of BGN 859 thousands compared to the EBIT reported by 31.12.2012 in the amount of BGN 594. thousands which is a 44.61 % growth.

As at 31.12.2013 the total amount of the assets of BILLBOARD AD on an individual basis is BGN 40 013 thousands and the value of the shareholders equity is BGN 23 797 thousands.
