Pursuant to the unaudited consolidated financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 30.06.2013 the company reported total net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 14 246 thousands compared to BGN 13 361 thousands registered by 30.06.2012, which represents a growth of the net sales revenues by 6.62 %. As at 30.06.2013 the consolidated production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 11 873 thousands and reported a growth by 5.77 % compared to the same period of 2012.

As at 30.06.2013 BILLBOARD AD reported consolidated profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 491 thousands which is a 14.98 % increase compared to the profit before taxes registered by 30.06.2012 in the amount of BGN 427 thousands.

As at 30.06.2013 the consolidated profit after taxes of BILLBOARD AD was in the amount of BGN 504 thousand and reported an increase by 15.33 % compared to the consolidated profit after taxes as at 30.06.2012.

As at 30.06.2013 the net profit attributable to the parent company was in the amount of BGN 203 thousands and the profit of the not controlled holdings was in the amount of BGN 301 thousands.

As at 30.06.2013 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 2 363 thousands compared to the EBITDA on a consolidated basis reported by 30.06.2012 in the amount of BGN 2 463 thousands.

As at 30.06.2013 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD on a consolidated basis were in the amount of BGN 1 278 thousands compared to the EBIT on a consolidated basis reported by 30.06.2012 in the amount of BGN 1 227 thousands.
