BILLBOARD Plc filed with FSC, BSE-Sofia JSC and presented to the public its individual interim financial report for the second quarter of 2013.

Pursuant to the individual financial statements of BILLBOARD AD, drawn up according to the IAS forms, as at 30.06.2013 the company reported total individual net sales revenues in the amount of BGN 3 889  thousands compared to BGN 3 797 thousands for the same period of 2012, which represents a growth of the net sales revenues by 2.42 %. As at 30.06.2013 the individual production net sales revenues of BILLBOARD AD were in the amount of BGN 3 412 thousands compared to the individual production net sales revenues reported by 30.06.2012 in the amount of BGN 3 417 thousands.

As at 30.06.2013 BILLBOARD AD reported individual profit before taxes in the amount of BGN 61 thousands which is 79 % growth of the individual profit before taxes for the same period of 2012.

The individual net profit of BILLBOARD AD as at 30.06.2013 was in the amount of BGN 52 thousand and grew by 73 % compared to the individual net profit of the Company as at  30.06.2012 in the amount of BGN 30 thousands.

As at 30.06.2013 the earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased with the financial expenses and decreased with the financial incomes (EBITDA) of BILLBOARD AD on an individual basis were in the amount of BGN 1 036 thousands compared to the EBITDA reported for the same period of 2012 in the amount of BGN 1 034 thousands. This represents an EBITDA growth by 0.20  %.

The earnings before taxes and depreciation and amortization, increased by the financial expenses and decreased by the financial incomes (EBIT) of BILLBOARD AD as at 30.06.2013 were in the amount of BGN 395 thousands compared to the EBIT reported for the same period of 2012 in the amount of BGN 292 thousands.

As at 30.06.2013 the total amount of the assets of BILLBOARD AD on an individual basis was BGN 39 940 thousands and the value of the shareholders equity was BGN 23 700 thousands.
