BILLBOARD Plc received the funds under the concluded Loan Agreement between the company, as a Borrower, and the European Bank For Reconstruction and Development,  as a Creditor, concluded on 21 Dec. 2012 under the conditions, approved by the extraordinary General Assembly of the Company’s Shareholders, held on 18 Dec. 2012.

The funds under the loan will be used for restructuring and repayment of liabilities of BILLBOARD Plc arising from concluded loan and lease contracts thus significantly reducing the current liabilities of the company at the expense of a corresponding increase in its long-term liabilities, resulting in the release of significant operational resources necessary for the company to service its main activity.

A part of the funds will be used for purchasing two new machines BOBST NOVACUT 106 E and BOBST EXPERTFOLD 110 A2, necessary for the update and completion of the company’s technological equipment.
